Our daily rates per person start from a minimum of € 43.00 to a maximum of € 55.00 depending on the chosen period.
RATES INCLUDE: bed, sweet and savory breakfast, towels and bed linen, daily cleaning, internet wi-fi throughout the hotel, private car parking, ski storage or sports equipment, Trentino Guest Card.
BREAKFAST: breakfast will be served from 7:30 am to 9:30 AM. In case of special needs the time must be previously agreed with the owner. Please report promptly, already at the time of booking, any food intolerances or special needs.
TOURIST TAX: the prices indicated do not include the tourist tax 1.50 € per person per night (exempt minors up to the age of 14 years).
CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT TIMES - DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL TIMES:
Check-in from 13:00. Late check-in after 23:00 only upon request and a surcharge of 10,00€. Since the Bed & Breakfast is a small family-run hotel there is no reception service, please inform us about the expected arrival time (including any delays).
Check-out by 10:00 AM. In case of early departure there is no refund! If the room was not booked on the day of departure it is possible to ask and agree on the extension of the check-out time (maximum until 18:00) with an additional cost of 15,00 € per person.
DEPOSIT: the reservation is final only after receipt of the deposit (equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay). Payment must be made by bank transfer. The booking confirmation implies the acceptance of our terms of regulation, cancellation and deposit described above, which are considered approved with the payment of the deposit.
CANCELLATION: in case of cancellation of the reservation within 30 days from the date of arrival the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation after the deadline indicated before the deposit will be fully retained or kept valid for a future stay to be made within the current year.
PAYMENTS: for the balance of the stay we accept cash payment (maximum 999€), ATM or credit card. Payment can be made by bank transfer upon arrival at the property.
PETS: Due to the lack of suitable facilities, pets are not allowed.
In our B&B the behaviors to be observed are not only sanctioned by law but also those dictated by common sense and mutual respect. Total silence must be observed from 22:00 to 8:00 and in any case a behavior must be maintained that at no time of the day and in no way damages the tranquility of others.
